n.037 is a Los Angeles coffee roaster built around process, repetition, and the quiet structure of daily coffee.
Our work begins at origin, with coffees sourced from Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, and Tanzania. Each place carries its own rhythm: altitude, soil, harvest, processing, patience.
We believe quality does not need to be skipped, and ritual does not need to be rigid. Coffee can be refreshing and still feel familiar. It can carry the care of the farm, the precision of the roast, and the ease of a morning habit all at once.
From sourcing to roasting to the final cup, n.037 is shaped by intention, restraint, and a love for the everyday ritual done well. Each coffee is roasted in small batches to highlight what feels most honest in the bean: sweetness, structure, texture, and the quiet moment it creates when everything else pauses.
