c.001 – Our ride-or-die bean. 

Due to the perishable nature, we do not accept returns on coffee purchases. However, if you are unsatisfied with your coffee purchase, please contact us at info@n037.com. We will do our best to work something out for you.

Merchandise returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. All returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged, with all packaging contents. Please check product descriptions on our website for any additional return policy information, or email us at info@n037.com if you have any questions.

All online coffee orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm (noon) PST will be processed and shipped the following 1-2 business days. If an order is placed during the weekend (after 12 pm PST on Friday, or later), it will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping rate is included unless order weight exceeds 3lb Default shipping service will be carried by USPS, unless otherwise needed (Hawaii, PR etc). We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
